Notes from the board meeting – bullet form - lots accomplished already!

·         139 Waivers signed

·         83 kits ordered and 144 shirts in total so far

·         Found a local source for decals and are proceeding

·         Newall and Ferron to modify website to add a forum for members to interact and have ride announcements pushed to their email

a.       Will accommodate having members add their garmin connect data

·         Investigate some other ride time/route options including a Sunday recovery ride

·         Tep to assemble Bike Drive for September

·         Create master email list

·         Classified site (Greg Connor) note that we can accomplish using Forum technology

·         Safety: add ride marshalls

·         Rewrite disclaimer and review legal notice

·         Conduct  a Brimley Time trial
